Mr Gert Purkert, Munich, Germany, informed us on 9 December 2024 pursuant to Section 43 (1) WpHG in connection with the exceeding or reaching of the 10% threshold of the voting rights held directly by him and the voting rights attributable to him via Tiven lnvest S.A. SICAV-RAIF on 22 November 2024 of the following:
  1. The investment is for the purpose of realising trading profits.
  2. It is not intended to obtain further voting rights in Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG within the next twelve months through acquisition or in any other way.
  3. It is not intended to exert any influence on the composition of the administrative, management and supervisory bodies of Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG.
  4. A significant change in the capital structure of Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG, in particular with regard to the ratio of equity and debt financing and the dividend policy, is not intended.
  5. With regard to the origin of the funds used to acquire the voting rights, Mr Purkert also stated that the voting rights held directly by him were acquired from his own funds. To the extent that he is entitled to voting rights in accordance with. § 34 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG, the acquisition was financed from own funds of Tiven lnvest S.A. SICAV-RAIF.
