COPT Defense Properties (NYSE: CDP) ("COPT Defense” or the "Company”) announced today that its Board of Trustees declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.295 per common share for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2024. The fourth quarter 2024 dividend represents an annualized amount of $1.18 per share and is payable on January 15, 2025, to shareholders of record on December 31, 2024.

COPT Defense, an S&P MidCap 400 Company, is a self-managed REIT focused on owning, operating and developing properties in locations proximate to, or sometimes containing, key U.S. Government ("USG”) defense installations and missions (referred to as its Defense/IT Portfolio).
