The objective of the Fund is to seek to achieve capital growth through investment in global smaller companies. The Fund will invest at least 80% of its Net Asset Value in transferable equity and equity-related securities of a diversified range of companies throughout the globe, normally with a market capitalisation on purchase of no greater than US$5 billion or that of the largest company in the MSCI ACWI Small Cap Index.
