The investment objective of the Fund is to out-perform the MSCI Daily Total Return ACWI (dividends reinvested net of withholding taxes) USD Index (NDUEACWF as quoted by Bloomberg) (the “Index”) primarily through investment in equities and equity related securities in global markets and collective investment schemes ("CIS") which gain exposure to equities and equity related securities in global markets. Although the investment objective of the Fund is to out-perform the Index and the Fund’s return will be measured against that of the Index, the Fund will be actively managed in that there is no intention to track the Index or to use the Index to construct the portfolio composition of the Fund and consequently the Fund may be wholly 15 10590696v2 invested in securities which are not constituents of the Index.
