The Sub-Fund’s investment objective is total return, the components of which are current income and capital appreciation. The Sub-Fund seeks to achieve this objective by investing at least 50% of its net assets in a portfolio of transferable equity securities (common stocks and preferred stocks) of companies that are engaged principally in the real estate industry (“Real Estate Equity Securities”) throughout the world. These securities will either be listed or dealt on a Regulated Market.
