EQS-Adhoc: Management Change at Varengold Bank AG

Hamburg, 05/03/2025 – The acting Management Board members of Varengold Bank AG, Dr Bernhard Fuhrmann and Mr Frank Otten, have left the company in agreement with the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board has appointed Mr Matthias Wargers as Spokesman of the Management Board and Mr Hendrik Harms as interim member of the Management Board to continue to drive forward the already initiated adaptation of the bank's business model with a focus on the areas of marketplace lending for fintechs, financing of innovative, medium-sized companies and projects in the area of energy transition.
