AEVIS VICTORIA SA (AEVS.SW) – MRH Switzerland's positive momentum continues in the first quarter of 2025, driven by the operational excellence of its flagship establishments

MRH Switzerland AG, the hotel subsidiary of AEVIS VICTORIA SA, continues its steady development in 2025 with confirmed organic growth in the first quarter. Driven by strong demand in the high-end segment and the quality of its hotel portfolio, the group recorded a 3.6% increase in consolidated revenue compared to the same period in 2024.

This strong start to the year reflects the growing appeal of the Michel Reybier Hospitality brand, the loyalty of its international clientele, and the operational rigor of its teams on the ground.

Activity indicators across the entire portfolio are trending positively: the average occupancy rate reached 53.0%, compared to 51.7% in the first quarter of 2024, while the average room rate rose by 2.8% to CHF 738. These performances are in line with a strategy of sustainable enhancement of the offering and optimization of capacity management.

Notable performances in key destinations
Several establishments particularly stood out at the start of the year:

  • In Zermatt, the Mont Cervin Palace confirmed its position as a leading Alpine hotel, with revenue growth of +4.1% compared to 1Q2024. The Schweizerhof also continued its upward trend with an increase of +9.1% over the period.
  • In Zurich, La Réserve Eden au Lac enjoyed excellent commercial momentum, with revenue up +7.9%, notably thanks to strong international visitor numbers and renewed attractiveness of the property.
  • In London, L’Oscar posted a remarkable +23.4% increase in revenues in the first quarter, reflecting the success of the repositioning strategy implemented since 2024 and the growing demand in the British capital.

Confirmed positioning in the premium segment
These performances are in line with the solid results achieved in 2024 and reinforce the group’s strategy: focusing on iconic destinations, enhancing the value of exceptional hotel assets, and strengthening operational efficiency while maintaining a high level of service.

The year 2025 looks promising for MRH Switzerland, which aims to continue this profitable growth momentum by capitalizing on the complementarity of its locations, the strength of its brands, and the customer experience at the hearth of its model.
