The Hershey Dividende
Die The Hershey Dividende wird für das vergangene Geschäftsjahr auf der aktuellen Hauptversammlung von The Hershey festgelegt. Der Vorstand von The Hershey macht dabei zunächst einen Vorschlag für die The Hershey Dividende, die Aktionäre stimmen diesem Vorschlag im Rahmen der Hauptversammlung in der Regel zu.
Wie hoch die The Hershey Dividende ausfällt, ist dabei besonders von der Geschäftsentwicklung sowie der Entwicklung des The Hershey Aktienkurses abhängig. Im Vorfeld der Hauptversammlung gibt es zahlreiche Schätzungen zur Höhe der The Hershey Dividende. Diese haben Prognosen von Analysten zur Grundlage und sind aus diesem Grund mehr oder weniger verlässlich.
Stichtag für die tatsächliche Berechnung der The Hershey Dividendenrendite ist der Jahresendkurs.
Die The Hershey Dividende wird in Deutschland in der Regel einen Tag nach der Hauptversammlung direkt an die Anteilseigner ausgeschüttet und – meist als Bardividende – direkt auf das Konto der The Hershey Aktionäre gebucht.
