X-Bow Systems Welcomes Hector Fernandez as Chief Financial Officer

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., April 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- X-Bow Systems Inc (X-Bow), the leading non-traditional producer of advanced manufactured solid rocket motors (SRMs) and defense technologies, today announced the appointment of Hector Fernandez as Chief Financial Officer.

In this role, Fernandez will oversee the company's financial strategy, accounting operations, and investor relations. He will report directly to X-Bow Founder and CEO Jason Hundley and join the executive team, leveraging his experience in driving profitable growth, strategic initiatives, and enhancing shareholder value.

Fernandez brings over two decades of experience in global finance and investing across multiple industries, combining leadership roles in corporate finance, investment banking, and asset management. His impressive career includes serving as President of Cargill Risk Management and Divisional CFO at Cargill. Fernandez also served as Segment CFO at Optum, a United Health Group business, and Divisional CFO at U.S. Bank. Most recently, Fernandez served as Chief Investment Officer for Paralign Capital Partners, a boutique merchant bank where he was responsible for capital and investment strategy across various sectors. His experience also includes roles at J.P. Morgan in investment banking and Nuveen in asset management.
