Matt Lambert, CCM, CAM, ECM was honored by the Club Management Association of America
PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., Feb. 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Country Club at Mirasol is proud to announce that Matt Lambert, Certified Club Manager (CCM), Community Association Manager (CAM), and Excellence in Club Management (ECM) honoree, was awarded the 2024 Club Executive of the Year by the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) at their world conference in February.
This prestigious honor is presented to a club management professional who embodies professionalism within their club and community—embracing mentoring, creating a supportive club culture, and impacting their local CMAA chapter through sustained engagement.
With nearly 25 years of experience in the club industry, Lambert has led Mirasol since 2005, driving transformative initiatives that have elevated the club's reputation and member experience. Among his many accomplishments, he successfully oversaw the seamless transition of Mirasol's ownership from its developer to its members in 2010. Additionally, he has spearheaded major capital improvement projects, including a $40 million renovation in 2016 that redefined leisure and wellness at Mirasol and a transformative $82 million multi-year enhancement project set to begin this summer—further solidifying Mirasol's standing as a premier residential country club.
"I am truly honored to receive this recognition," said Lambert. "This award is a testament to the incredible team I have the privilege of working with every day, and I am fortunate to work with and for an incredibly supportive membership at Mirasol that respects our team and truly appreciates and values our hard work."
Mirasol Board President Bruce Dubinsky underscored Lambert's leadership in his nomination letter, stating: "Matt's emphasis on teamwork, continuous improvement, and personalized service has not only benefited the Club's operations but has also contributed to the personal and professional growth of the staff."
CMAA Florida Chapter Past President Stephen LoGiudice, CCM, added, "Matt has demonstrated unwavering commitment and exemplary leadership. Additionally, during his tenure as vice chair of the Florida Chapter Golf Tournament committee, he played a pivotal role in helping to raise more than $10 million for various causes since the tournament's inception. This remarkable achievement underscores his dedication to making a positive impact."
Lambert's recognition highlights the critical role of visionary leadership in crafting exceptional member experiences and cultivating vibrant club communities, and we proudly congratulate him on this well-deserved honor.
