Alzchem Group AG: Private placement of Alzchem shares by LIVIA Corporate Development SE and HDI Vier CE GmbH successfully completed

Trostberg, December 11, 2024 – Alzchem Group AG has been informed by its shareholders, LIVIA Corporate Development SE und HDI Vier CE GmbH, that the announced private placement of 250,000 shares (representing approximately 2.5% of the share capital) through an accelerated bookbuilding process with institutional investors has been successfully completed.
