City of Dacono Approves City Center Vision Plan in Partnership with DTJ DESIGN

DACONO, Colo., Feb. 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The City of Dacono has taken a significant step toward shaping its future with the approval of the City Center Vision Plan on Monday, February 24, 2025. This comprehensive plan, developed in partnership with DTJ DESIGN, lays the foundation for a vibrant, walkable downtown that will foster economic growth, provide diverse housing options, and create dynamic public spaces for residents and visitors alike.

The process, with the potential to transform Dacono into a more dynamic and competitive city, actively engaged community stakeholders to create a unified vision. "The new city center could be the beginning of people choosing to spend time in Dacono versus simply driving to close cities with better options," said one resident.
